She loves finding and using new words. Today, in the back of the car, she practiced various ways to use the word "refuse": 'she refused to go to bed!'. You get the idea.
Some of her top lines as of late:
Nora: Mom, you're a woman.
Me: Yes, I'm a woman and you're a girl.
Nora: And Dad is Harry Potter!
Nora: Watch out for the frogs! They speak Spanish!
Me: Why is that chair knocked over?
Nora: Oh, that's because I did that! (I was a monster when I did that.)
Nora, quoting herself: 'I need my sticker and my treat!' she scolded.
She's creative with dolls and containers, as has been demonstrated in other posts...
She's emotionally complicated, but very, very sweet....
And always good for a story. I forget what this one was about, but as you can tell, it was very dramatic and sometimes funny...

Absolutely precious. And I love the picture of her asleep on Aaron. Pricelsss.
I can't wait to see that girl again! Someday soon I hope...I just read through about 10 of your older posts since I"ve been a terrible blog reader lately. First of all, your painting looks great! I know you aren't done, but it's amazing to see how much of a difference the changes that you made had on the overall picture. I love it! And I am so impressed by the Halloween costumes...You and Aaron are always so creative...love it.
